Explanada Pachuca will have approximately 77,310 m² of GLA (Gross Leasable Area) which will include an entertainment center, hot air balloon, go karts, hotel, ice rink, among others. Construction began in the first half of 2017 and it is estimated that the property will be delivered in the second half of 2019.
