We have a 45 year concession effective until 2050, allowing us the operation of the complex located in Juarez neighborhood and integrated in the historical Buenavista Train Station in Mexico City. Included in its tenant mix, with a total of 222 premises, are entertainment stores and sports, self-service, fashion, telephony, banks, restaurants, home and decoration, among others; and a 95,000 m2 GLA. Additionally, it has a parking lot space for 2,372 cars and is mainly visited by thousands of passer-by who daily make use of city transportation.
